Bearings

The part of the machine that has parts that rotate and move in different directions relative to each other is called a bearing. Bearing, which is one of the most critical parts for a safe driving experience, allows the parts to move with the least friction. In this way, higher revs can be reached with less power consumption.

Ball Bearings

Refers to radial spherical bearings. The spherical shape of the balls causes only the top point of the balls to contact the ring bearings. Thus, higher revs can be achieved with less friction. Ball bearings are often preferred for automobiles thanks to these advantages they provide.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings are capable of carrying high radial loads and medium axial loads. It has rollers that are cylindrical in shape, but not true cylindrical. Instead, its reels are barrel or open-ended to reduce stress concentration.

Cuffs

Couplers are connecting structures used in pipe installations. It is expressed as a pipe connection element in terms of extending the installation or line, especially at the point of joining tubes and pipes.

Bearing Housings

Thanks to the bearings, they are roller bearings that allow the movement of the shafts or axles in the desired direction with minimum friction and do not allow their movements in the undesired directions.

Spherical Bearings

Knuckle fasteners are a bearing model with the most important function among bearing fasteners. They are precision bearings with a cylindrical inner ring with a certain hardness level. No backlash is important for bearing operation.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are bearings operating under the toughest conditions and contain two rows of cylindrical symmetrical rollers. Such bearings can handle unequally large combined forces. They have a tolerance against sudden loads. These bearings are self-aligning but can be used at limited speeds.

Needle Roller Bearings

Needle roller bearings, as a type of roller bearings, are classified depending on the direction of the load they support, such as radial or thrust. It has rollers that are three to ten times their diameter and have a large radial load carrying capacity.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings support high radial and axial loads. They have a wide speed range. They are effective in supporting forces and provide a precise and rigid shaft guide system thanks to the large effective distance between the bearings.
